Abstract

In this research, the research objectives are: Firstly, to examine the relationship between Internal Control and Sustainable development of enterprises on the sustainable development of traditional medias under the new media era in Shenzhen, China. Secondly, to examine the relationship between Internal Control, Exploratory Innovation, and Sustainable development of enterprises on the sustainable development of traditional medias under the new media era in Shenzhen, China. Finally, to investigate the relationship between Internal Control, Exploitative Innovation, and Sustainable development of enterprises on the sustainable development of traditional medias under the new media era in Shenzhen, China. This research takes Shenzhen city as the research scope, according to the relevant information, the development of new media in Shenzhen is at the forefront of China. Therefore, the target population of this study chose Tencent Holdings Limited, the most representative new media company in Shenzhen city. According to data from Tencent's official website, there are a total of 112,771 employees. In this study, the researcher used the sampling technique of Yamane (1967), so the minimum number of samples is: 399 people. In order to avoid unnecessary problems in the distribution and recovery of the questionnaire, the researcher will distribute 557 questionnaires. Major results include  According to the path test results in Chapter 4, the researcher found that the standardized path coefficient of Internal Control (ICL) on Sustainable development of enterprises (SDE) was 0.199, which was significant at the level of 0.01, indicating that Internal Control (ICL) plays a significant positive influence over Sustainable development of enterprises (SDE)。Therefore, the researchers verified the Research Objective 1.  According to the findings in Chapter 4, the standardized path coefficient of Internal Control (ICL) on Exploratory Innovation (ERI) was 0.557, which was significant at the level of 0.01, indicating that Internal Control (ICL) plays a significant positive influence over Exploratory Innovation (ERI).;The standardized path coefficient of Internal Control (ICL) on Exploitative Innovation (EII) was 0.381, which was significant at the level of 0.01, indicating that Internal Control (ICL) plays a significant positive influence over Exploitative Innovation (EII).Therefore, the researchers verified the Research Objective 2. According to the findings in Chapter 4, The standardized path coefficient of Exploratory Innovation (ERI) on Sustainable development of enterprises (SDE) was 0.307, which was significant at the level of 0.01, indicating that Exploratory Innovation (ERI) plays a significant positive influence over Sustainable development of enterprises (SDE).;The standardized path coefficient of Exploitative Innovation (EII)on Sustainable development of enterprises (SDE) was 0.222, which was significant at the level of 0.01, indicating that Exploitative Innovation (EII) plays a significant positive influence over Sustainable development of enterprises (SDE). Therefore, the researchers verified the Research Objective 3.
